FLAIM Fall Fest 201

FLAIM Fall Festival is Friday, November 8, from 3:00 - 5:30 PM at FLAIM’s campus, 4510 Bawell St. It is a world-class event with music, food and games for the whole family. Proceeds raised by the event will go to FLAIM’s library, classroom technology enhancement, sound system for the gym, outdoor digital marquee and continued improvements to the school!

For the second year, FLAIM’s Fall Festival lands near El Día de los Muertos, or The Day of the Dead, and is a perfect opportunity to kick-off FLAIM’s Hispanic Heritage month.

PARKING for Donuts with Dads

BE COURTEOUS & RESPECTFUL

Remember not all children attend Donuts with Dad, and their parents need unfettered access to driveways for drop off in the morning. Review designated parking locations.

  • VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers should park in the Zombie Apocalypse Basketball Court south of campus.

  • LARGE LOT: Vehicles blocking the driveway or blocking in other vehicles will be TOWED.

  • FLAGPOLE PARKING: Vehicles blocking the driveway or blocking in other vehicles will be TOWED.

  • WALK-UP PARKING: Due to the rain, be wary of the mud along Bawell Street.

  • NAIRN PARK: Parking is available at Nairn Park. There is a protected sidewalk from Nairn Park to campus. Be careful.

BR FLAIM FUN RUN!
Save-the-Date_Indoor.jpg

Parents and Families— the school’s main fundraiser this year is the BR FLAIM FUN RUN! It’s a two-week program that kicks off with a Pep Rally on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 23. Families will then gather pledges for every lap your student runs (30-35 laps) at the BR FLAIM FUN RUN, which will happen on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4. This year our goal is to raise $14,000 for BOOKS, ACTIVE BOARDS, AND THE RUNNING TRACK, and we need your help! We’ve asked the experts at Booster to power our fundraiser to make it easier, more profitable, and more fun.

Students will also experience an amazing character theme, MINDSPARK: WILD WEST! Booster’s most exciting theme yet combines S.T.E.A.M. skills (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) with character-building. While they're teaming up with the MindSpark Kids to save Dr. Shock, our students will learn five character traits that will help strengthen themselves and our world.

Donations will go toward BOOKS, ACTIVE BOARDS, AND THE RUNNING TRACK and the entire two-week experience. So please help our school by getting pledges from family and friends and entering them on FUNRUN.COM. Also, all families are invited to come out and cheer on our students at the BR FLAIM FUN RUN. Thanks so much for your support!
