2019 Fall Fest: Dismissal, Parking, Map
TICKETS & BRACELETS
Pre-ordered tickets and bracelets will be given to the child listed on the order form. Please remember that ALL of Fall Fest is run by volunteers, who are doing the best they can. If your child doesn’t receive their tickets/bracelets, please check-in at the Welcome Table.
Cake Walk donations should be brought to the school in FRIDAY MORNING. A volunteer/teacher should be available to grab donations from carpool. However if it is a large donation, please park and bring your donation into the school. There will be someone available to show you where to go.
NOT ATTENDING THE FESTIVAL
Carpool for ALL students NOT attending the festival will in the FLAGPOLE DRIVEWAY NOT THE BIG DRIVEWAY. The big driveway will be closed after there is no more parking available.
There will be NO WALK UPS on Friday. Everyone who is not attending the Festival is CARPOOL/BUS RIDER.
ATTENDING THE FESTIVAL
Pre-K, K, 1st: A PARENT/ADULT chaperone is required for these students to attend Fall Fest. If you can’t be at the school at 3:00, your child will be in a classroom with a teacher until you arrive. You may also arrange for another parent/adult to escort your child along with their own. You must let your child’s teacher know that this is allowed.
2nd- 5th: Students in 2nd through 5th grade do not need a parent/adult chaperone, however, a parent must pick up the child no later than 5:00 PM. Any children not picked up on time will be placed in Extended Day, and you will have to pay the $15.00 fee for their service.
If your child is allowed to go to the Fall Fest, you must complete the permission form. Otherwise, your child will be with an extended day teacher in Ms. Louque’s room during the festival.
All bus riders must bring a signed note giving the student permission from their parent to stay at school for the Fall Festival.
The Fall Fest Parking Tzar and his attendants are here to help with parking! Please follow their instructions and be respectful — they are volunteers.
Volunteers should park in the Zombie Apocalypse Basketball Court south of campus.
Minimal parking will be available in the large parking lot in front of the school. Vehicles blocking the driveway or blocking in other vehicles will be TOWED.
Cafeteria Entrance on Bawell Street: Additional parking will be available inside the Cafeteria gate on Bawell Street.
Walk-Up Parking: Due to the rain, be wary of parking on the outside of the gate along Bawell Street.
Nairn Park: Parking is available at Nairn Park. There is a protected sidewalk from Nairn Park to campus. Be careful.
There will be 2 BBQ check-in tables at the south of campus to pick-up your order.
Lunch Pick-Up (11:00 am - 1:00 pm): Drive through Main Parking Lot
Dinner Pick-Up during the festival (3:00 pm - 5:30 pm): Drive through Main Parking Lot OR Pick-up on Campus
NEEDS: Donations, Tents, Setup/Breakdown
We still need the following:
10x10 tents. Label & leave on stage. Tents will be returned to the stage after festival
Cake Walk Donations. The kids FAVORITE Fall Fest activities
Afternoon setup. Come anytime between 3:30-5:30 PM.
Day-of Setup & During Festival. Come anytime between 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Check-in at the Volunteer Village.
BREAKDOWN! The Festival will start shutting down at 5:15 PM. We desperately need volunteers to help breakdown tables/tents/chairs and return them to their appropriate location. Check-in with Volunteer Village to get marching orders.
